When I was choosing my word of the year to focus on for 2021, it was an easy choice. Trust. After 2020, I realized I had lost a lot of ground in the trust department. But I noticed something else going on inside of me and wondered, hmmm “is my loss of trust in the leaders and environment around me a reflection of something bigger for me to examine?”
